S H I P P I N G- We ship via USPS,UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.

What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time will be up to 10-21 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

Prior to purchase, confirm that the cemetery allows placement of the grave stone/blankets. We will not be responsible for any fees incurred for placement at the cemetery. We will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur when placing the gravestone/blanket. Placing of the gravestone/blanket will be at the customer's discretion and expense.
